The $200 million community is set on a 1.4 hectare site and will comprise four towers, each six levels high.
The first stage, will comprise 150 apartments over two buildings. The first building, Sage, will comprise 60 apartments and the second building, Fern, will comprise 90 apartments.
The development will offer one, two and three bedroom apartments, ranging from 60 square metres to 160 square metres.
Off the plan prices begin at $392,000, with the most expensive three bedroom apartment costing $990,000. Prices for the 24, three bedroom apartments begin at $670,000.
Jade will also include three park areas, a gym and pool with sun deck and spa.
Completion is expected in late-2015.
