Developers Sought for Approved Subdivision Site

ac4a3633-c260-4eba-b683-f24ee59856fa

Expressions of interest are being sought for a substantial land subdivision site in the Wide Bay-Burnett district of Gympie, with a negotiable price guidance of $995,000, at Lot 57 Banks Pocket Road.

With a large 8.418ha land area, the site adjoins an established residential community, and is just 3.5km from Gympie Town Centre.

The asset is being marketed and sold by Ray White Special Projects Queensland associate director Andrew Burke.

Burke said the approved site would appeal to a wide variety of purchasers including land developers, owner-occupiers and opportunistic land bankers.

With a large 8.418ha land area, the site adjoins an established residential community, and is just 3.5km from Gympie Town Centre.

“The site has development approval for 54 residential lots and that includes large lots at an average of 802sq m, with further subdivision opportunities,” he said.

“The Sunshine Coast as a whole is hot for residential properties right now and we are seeing a few astute buyers purchasing more affordable sites in close proximity that can service the end user priced out of the Sunshine Coast property market.

“Gympie is the gateway to Fraser Island and is only 40 minutes away from Noosa — but obviously at a different end of the price spectrum.

“You’re also within walking distance of Gympie State High School and have the University of the Sunshine Coast, Gympie Hospital and Gympie Central shopping centre a short car ride away.”

Expressions of interest close on Thursday 2 May 2019 at 4pm (AEST).
