New Luxury Hotspot In Brisbane's Inner North

q

Brisbane’s northside suburb of Alderley is undergoing a major revival of its residential landscape, with leading luxury developer Mosaic Property Group announcing the construction of its second high-end project in the area, the $7 million Botanica on Quarry.

With more than two-thirds (77%) of the project already sold ahead of an official release, the boutique development will deliver 13 exclusive residences to meet the bolstering demand for luxury apartments in the up-and-coming suburb.

Mosaic Property Group Managing Director Brook Monahan said Alderley was one of northern Brisbane’s booming property hotspots, with buyers of all ages attracted to its city-fringe location and affordability.
