An owner-operator who has bet on the trend is Kim Alfredi, who, along with husband Robert—a Sydney luxury real estate professional—sold up and started over in Tasmania with the Wineglass Bay Estate and Kitty’s Mistake Vineyard, near Freycinet National Park.
