Accomplish More in Property with API Development Training

Great opportunities exist in Australian property development for those with the knowledge to spot them and the skills to take action.

Across residential, industrial and commercial real estate, the possibilities for achievement, career advancement and profit in property development are real and getting stronger.

For example, Australia has a ballooning shortfall in housing. Those homes will need to be built and sold, and property professionals with superior development know-how will hold a winning edge.

A key way to boost your prospects for success and to rise more quickly up the ranks is with industry-leading education from the Australian Property Institute, which has developed the perfect course to take your current career as a property professional to the next level.

“Whether you’re looking to upskill, pivot career direction or broaden your qualifications, the Certified Property Development program will provide growth opportunities in your career and set you apart competitively in the field,” an API spokesperson said.

The course is ideal for property professionals seeking a career change in the property development sector, professionals looking to add to their skills, and early-career graduates looking to step from a university degree into the workforce

  • The course is $2950 for API members.

  • API provides ongoing continuing professional Development opportunities to support certified development practitioners in achieving their annual CPD points in the form of events, webinars and a selection of online learning courses.
