Landen Property Group is about to break ground on the 4.72ha Wallgrove Business Park at 1111 Elizabeth Drive in Western Sydney.
Close to the M7 and future M12, and 10km from the Western Sydney Airport, the $40-million project will offer a total of 47,200sq m of flexibly-zoned space to tenants.
Expressions of interest are being sought for 13 lots ranging from 2300sq m to more than 6000sq m, closing on October 31.
