Urban Property Group Reveals $780m Concord West Skyscraper Precinct

A concept proposal for a $780-million, 1222-home precinct at Sydney’s Concord West along with a detailed application for the $394-million first stage have gone on show.

The initial stage of the Urban Property Group scheme would include 39-storey and 45-storey towers above a four-storey podium, yielding 612 apartments.

Urban Property Group head of planning Chris Ferreira told The Urban Developer that the project would include a 2 per cent affordable contribution, held in perpetuity, that would produce “a longer-term public ... and planning benefit”.
