Alexandria Residential Development Site Sells
LIVstyle has purchased a 2,012 square metre heritage industrial property as a residential development site at 2 - 24 Mitchell Road, Alexandria from RIANA Investments (Aust) Pty Ltd for $10 million.
The property is located in the popular Sydney suburb of Alexandria and features a central location with easy access to local cafes, public transport and parks. Its underlining zoning allows for residential development.
The sale was negotiated by Edward Washer & Blair Peterken of JLL South Sydney.
A JLL South Sydney representative commented on the sale saying, "The property was sold off-market to LIVstyle who will develop it into a unique residential development with a combination of units and terraces."
