Simon Forsyth joined The Village Retirement Group in October 2024 as CEO. With a background in property development consulting and holding senior management and director positions across a variety of consulting firms, Simon brings a wealth of experience in business strategy, operations and management, information technology and systems implementation, advisory on complex development projects and leadership of diverse teams.

Kevin McCoy leads Levande, one of Australia’s largest retirement living providers, which has a national portfolio of 59 villages serving around 11,000 residents.

Since joining Levande in 2023, Kevin has accelerated the company’s growth, launching an ambitious expansion programme to deliver hundreds of new homes annually across the country. Under Kevin’s leadership, Levande has embedded customer focus, sustainability and community-connected design at the heart of its strategy, while advocating for affordability and resident wellbeing.
