Welding Company Buys Smithfield Industrial Property
Wexford Welding has paid $2.88 million for an industrial property at Smithfield in Sydney’s western suburbs.
The property, at 68-70 Victoria Street, Smithfield, includes an engineering-style workshop and a warehouse.
It has a building area of 1814sq m, while the site area is 4060 sqm.
The agents for the sale were Marcel Elias and John Tanna of LJ Hooker Commercial.
