Co-Living Swap Bid at Waterloo Metro Quarter Goes Public

Waterloo Metro Quarter

An approved office tower in Sydney’s $960-million Waterloo Metro Quarter would be stripped out in favour of a residential and co-living-led precinct above the station under amendments now on exhibition.

The shift includes 314 apartments across two northern buildings and a proposed 24-storey co-living tower with 500 studios at Cope Street.

Two State Significant Development amendments for the precinct are on public exhibition until January 15.
