Urban Adds Hotel to Parramatta Towers Refresh
Builder-developer Urban Property Group is moving forward with its build-to-rent project in Sydney’s “second city”.
Plans for a long-vacant site at 2 Fitzwilliam Street at Parramatta are now on exhibition via the State Significant development pathway.
The plans from Beam Planning outline a 703-apartment build-to-rent development, which would represent about 3.6 per cent of Parramatta’s target of 19,500 homes under the National Housing Accord.
