About this project

SubStation No.164 is one of the most distinctive commercial towers in Sydney which emerges a historic setting with innovative design.

The A-grade, 7,867sq m office tower pushes the boundaries of adaptive reuse to create an iconic new silhouette on Sydney’s skyline.

The project includes public domain upgrades on two street frontages, a new street level entry foyer, heritage restoration and redevelopment of the former substation Machine Hall. The project offers 12-metre-high ceilings, integrated commercial office fitouts, landscaped outdoor terrace spaces, boutique retail and quality end-of trip facilities.
