Lonsdale Street Tower Still Waiting For Go Ahead

A new 33-level office tower could be built on Lonsdale Street in Melbourne's CBD under a new planning application submitted by developer Leighton Properties and The Uniting Church.

The application, which was submitted in January, is still being assessed.

Cox Architecture was hired to design the project at 118-148 Lonsdale Street, opposite the Wesley Church.
