Tower Redesign Greenlit for Brisbane Riverside Gateway

One of the Brisbane River’s most affluent reaches is on the rise with developer duo and cousins Frank and Joe Licastro winning the green light for a 15-storey residential tower at Hamilton.

Under the approved revised plans, it will comprise 72 two, three, and four-bedroom apartments.

The 1792sq m riverfront site at 92 Kingsford Smith Drive in the city’s inner-north was secured with an existing approval in place for a 14-storey tower comprising 62 apartments but the Licastros have upscaled the scheme.
