Rise Sought for Heritage Brisbane Bread Factory Tower
Revised tower plans have been filed for an inner-city Brisbane heritage-listed former bread factory.
The proposal comprises 100 apartments rising 20 storeys from the 4390sq m site of the former Keating’s Bakery, now known as The Bakers Grounds, at Fortitude Valley.
Under the reworked plans, five storeys have been added to a 15-storey scheme approved in December of 2024 but its residential yield has been reduced from 111 units.
