A Melbourne-based developer has made the most of clauses in planning regulations, with his plans for a mixed-use building in a suburban commercial zone winning the green light.
Afif Abdo Rawadi proposed a six-storey block for the 697.95sq m site at 246-256 Sydney Road, Brunswick.
It was approved by the City of Melbourne at its Future Melbourne Committee on January 29.
