Sydney Anglican Property is moving forward with plans to build 260 affordable homes at Bankstown and Regents Park with project partner the Sustainable Development Group.
The diocese has reached contractual closure on the projects, which were funded in round one of the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) and National Housing Accord Facility (NHAF).
Successful applicants for the 185 projects in round one had until June 30 to enter funding agreements to potentially deliver 2107 social and affordable homes across the country.
