Upgraded Bondi Junction Shoptop Plans Go Public
Interest in development near Australia’s most famous beach continues to run hot as plans are filed to combine two previous projects and create a 15-storey shoptop scheme.
Cassa Blanka, led by Stargate Property Group’s Igal and Elia Leis, have filed the plans for the Waverley Council and they went on state significant exhibition on March 26.
The SJB-designed scheme shows 111 apartments including 17 affordable homes above a retail podium and six levels of basement parking.
