Robina Group Sells Two More Offices At CityPods Precinct

C

The Robina Group’s $14 million CityPods office precinct has achieved two more sales totalling $1.6 million.

Both stand-alone offices were snapped up by private Gold Coast City investors, on the back of the $1.04 million sale of another CityPod, also to a private investor, last month.

The latest run of sales takes the number of CityPods sold or leased to more than 67 per cent for a combined total of close to $10 million, with demand for the offices continuing on the back of their completion earlier this year.

CityPods comprises 15 two-storey commercial spaces, ranging from 163sqm to 304sqm, and is home to a range of businesses including AMBS Solutions, GC Property Rentals, Pyramed, Airport Consulting Group and Austra Group.

The offices are situated on Scottsdale Drive in CBDRobina, which has the lowest office vacancy rate in South East Queensland, at just 4.6 per cent, according to recent research by leading property analyst Urbis.

The latest sales include a 190sqm office pod and a 184sqm property, which has been fitted out as one of two displays now open to inspect by developer Robina Group.

Ridgeline Management director Julie Wattam negotiated the sale of the 190sqm CityPod and said the unique style, spacious floor plan, street exposure, branding opportunities and quality of construction were drawcards for the buyer.
