The company’s first Victorian property, Realm Caulfield, is located in south-east Melbourne and is in advanced stages of development, with completion scheduled for November 2022.

Realm Caulfield will see 437 apartments available for rent above a lively shopping precinct to be known as Caulfield Village, including a full-line Coles and 24 other curated lifestyle and hospitality specialty stores, 300m from Caulfield Station, next to Caulfield Racecourse and less than 15 minutes to Melbourne’s CBD.

A diverse range of services and optional extras will also be on offer exclusively for residents, from dog walkers, to child-minders, beauty technicians and dry-cleaning services.

A maintenance team will also respond to all non-urgent maintenance requests within three working days.

Prospective tenants can preview and pre-sign at Realm Caulfield prior to its official opening with $1000 gift cards provided with every lease signed before October 30, 2022.

Realm Kangaroo Point

Realm Australia’s Brisbane property, Realm Kangaroo Point, opened its doors to tenants in September 2021 and is now fully leased.

Realm Kangaroo Point offers about 300 residents an amenity-rich lifestyle with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, as well as two and three-bedroom split-level townhouses, all available for secure leasing on flexible terms.

The onsite Resident Experience Team is available seven days a week to attend to tenants’ needs and organise social activities and events.

Rising demand

Realm Australia contributes to the rental market, an increasingly important segment of the local housing sector, and helps address the rising demand for rentable, high-quality and professionally managed homes.

Blackstone real estate team principal Tom McDonald said: “We’re committed to prioritising our tenants, providing high-quality service and long-term security, and a large range of amenities designed to enhance their lifestyle experiences and create a sense of community.

“There’s a growing demand for rented residential properties, which spans across multiple generations. It’s important to have a range of housing types, tenures and price points in the right locations and across the housing continuum.

“What sets Realm Australia apart is that it is a specialist standalone rental only business.”

Realm Australia is committed to transforming the rental experience and creating a community for residents and their pets, with more than half of Realm Kangaroo Point residents owning a pet.
