Record Price for Brisbane Logistics Site as Sector Rises
A record price for a site at a Queensland industrial precinct has underscored fresh data showing a significant uptick in investor activity.
All Resources Pty Ltd sold 14 lots in the Trade Coast, near the Gateway Motorway and the Port of Brisbane, for $6.1 million.
The site had been leased to a number of seperate users.
