People Purpose Time Makes 93-Home Lindfield Debut

A $154 million project at 24-28 Middle Harbour Road has received the green light following a State Significant Development (SSD) application lodged in May last year.
The approval paves the way for The Prescott, a 93-home collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom residences designed by DKO Architecture, with interiors by Woods Bagot.
Among the mix of apartments and townhouses, The Prescott will include an affordable housing component reserved for essential workers, featuring the same architectural and interior design as the private residences.
New to the residential market, People Purpose Time is a family-run asset management and property development company founded by Vy Hua and Anh Duong, drawing on three decades of collective experience across international business, banking technology, finance, commerce and professional services.
The Prescott will be the Sydney-based company’s debut project, and it also owns development sites at Killara, Canterbury and Hurlstone Park.
“Our first project is deeply personal because it began with our own family’s property purchase and a desire to make a lasting home in Lindfield, a suburb we love and intend to stay in for the long term,” Hua said.
“We intend to live in and retain ownership at The Prescott once it is complete–and that alignment between developer, resident and long-term owner shapes the standard we expect of ourselves and the responsibility we accept.”
Hua said the Lindfield project was a “labour of love” and would set the scene for a pipeline of development to come across Sydney’s Upper North Shore region.
“It is our goal for this community to provide homes for people who value the space, permanence and sense of belonging that comes with a family house, together with the security and convenience of thoughtfully designed apartment living,” he said.
“Middle Harbour Road is one of Lindfield’s most coveted addresses, and The Prescott has been carefully designed to reflect the quality and character of this exceptional setting.”
Middle Harbour Road has a number of potential developments on the horizon, with 16-20 Middle Harbour Road currently before the SSD with a proposed 98-unit project.
A 61-apartment project at 5-7 Middle Harbour Road is currently the subject of a Land and Environment Court appeal.
The Prescott will be home to a range of resident-only amenities, including a residential lounge and concierge, a business centre and co-working space, a private dining room and kitchen, wine cellar, library, screening and music rooms.
Additionally, there will be wellness facilities such as a pool, gym, yoga space, steam room, infrared sauna and a cold plunge pool with surrounding landscaped gardens.
On the eastern side of Lindfield, The Prescott is about 500m from Lindfield Station, close to cafés, schools, parks and within easy access of the A1.
