Beachside Tower Pitched for Gold Coast’s Midrise Mecca
Longstanding Gold Coast developer Chippendale Group has pitched plans for its next highrise project in the city’s midrise development mecca of Palm Beach.
The nine-storey proposal comprises 47 two-bedroom apartments and is earmarked for a 1230sq m site at 1425-1427 Gold Coast Highway.
To be known as Elise, it follows the fifth-generation developer’s nearby Eva on Tenth Avenue midrise project.
