Pace Adds Hotel to Flemington Racecourse Precinct
Pace Development Group has filed plans for two projects in Melbourne, including a 93-key hotel on a site within Flemington Racecourse.
That propopsal, now before the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning, details a six-storey residential hotel for the site 550 Epsom Road.
Pace has already begun construction on The Darley, a residential project, on the same site.
