New Vision Replaces South Sydney Office Tower Plans
A $50-million, mixed-use development has been put forward to replace an approved office tower in Sydney’s south.
Developer Linkcity was granted consent in 2021 for an 11-storey commercial office tower with a rooftop terrace and above-ground parking for 32-34 Ricketty Street, Mascot, about 12km by road from the CBD.
The new proposal, filed by Place Studio on behalf of Mascot Ossary Development, seeks to replace this single-use vision with a seven-storey development comprising a mix of industrial units, business premises, self-storage and retail space.
