The next wave of projects is washing through harbourside Neutral Bay as plans for apartment block flips and new builds are filed with the North Sydney Council.
Among the latest is Sydney-based developer Stable’s bid to adaptively reuse an “urban anomaly” in the affluent North Shore suburb.
The subject 1960s-era building was higher than others in the neighbourhood and within one of the few mid-century clusters of towers in the suburb that were not compliant with the current controls, the developer said.
