More than half-a-billion dollars in logistics infrastructure is planned for the Greater Sydney region as three State Significant Development applications go on exhibition for sites near the future Western Sydney Airport.
The proposals—totalling $456 million—are at Badgerys Creek and comprise Mirvac’s Elizabeth Enterprise Precinct and a separate two-stage project by DHL on adjoining land along Elizabeth Drive.
Mirvac is seeking approval for a multi-stage, $275-million industrial and logistics precinct at 1669–1723 Elizabeth Drive, about 41km west of the Sydney CBD.
