Midrise tower plans have been filed for Tugun as development proposals keep piling up along the beachside strip near the Gold Coast Airport.
The latest proposed development comprises 12 half-floor and full-floor two to four-bedroom apartments rising 10 levels and capped with a rooftop communal recreation area.
It has been lodged by an entity linked to Gold Coast-based developer Joseph Oliphant for a 607sq m site at 365 Golden Four Drive, which property records show was acquired for $4.35 million in December of last year.
