Metrics Takes Over Sir Stamford Hotel Sydney Project

Metrics Credit Partners has taken control of a prime Sydney CBD site previously owned and slated for redevelopment by JDH Capital.
The non-bank lender plans to fund and deliver a 16-storey apartment tower and hospitality venue at 93-97 Macquarie Street, advancing Stage 2 of the Sir Stamford Hotel redevelopment and restoration of the adjoining state heritage-listed Health Building.
The project is now being progressed by Macquarie Street Developments Pty Ltd, an entity linked to Metrics. JDH Capital quietly exited the site in late 2024.
