Located only metres from the immaculate white sands of Palm Beach, Magnoli Residences is made of 88 luxury terrace homes with two pocket parks, presenting a new interpretation of the vibrant village atmosphere the Gold Coast’s southern beaches are renowned for.

This collection of 88 luxury terrace homes artfully combines the natural advantages of its coastal location with leading architecture to create a superb coastal enclave – serene architectural retreats, intimately connected to their seaside setting through pedestrian pathways, internal parks and tree-lined boulevards. Striking facades and flexible, family-oriented home designs offer all the advantages of choice, with three-bedroom plus study options and generous open plan living spaces.

All residences contain three bedrooms, a powder room, ensuite and main bedroom.

An attached lockup garage with remote controlled garage door features in type 1, 3A and 3B homes, while a carport is offered for type 2,4 and 5 homes only, hebel cladding with exterior grade textured paint finish.

In type 3B homes, porclain floor tiles and lightweight clad balustrade will feature on the balcony.

General features include exposed aggregate driveways and landscaping.

Prices start from $715,000.

The project is located on a 4.7ha site at the old Palm Beach Mobile and Tourist Park. According to Domain, Buyers have already snapped up all 20 terraced homes released in stage one of the project and the second release is expected soon.

Sunland Group managing director Sahba Abedian told Domain the development is designed to complement the “vibrant village atmosphere” already present in Palm Beach.

“Two extensive pocket parks are distinctive features of this new development and will be extensively landscaped to provide beautiful leisure and recreation spaces for residents and the wider community,” he says.

An harmonious blend of elegant architecture and graceful interior design are showcased in the seven distinct home designs, distinguished by unique architectural façades that create individuality and privacy. Large windows capture the ocean breezes, enhanced by thoughtful open planning to create an enhanced sense of space, enriched by the seamless interaction between the indoor and outdoor living environments.
Dwellings will include high quality laminate cabinetry, porcelain bench tops, stainless steel appliances including oven, dishwasher, gas, oven, cooktop and rangehood with porcelain splashback and kitchen mixer.

Demographically, the area’s largest players are maturing and established independents who are account for about 17 per cent residents in the suburb with this category of Gold Coasters is fast overtaking the traditional make-up of the locale, which was traditionally home to older couples and families.

Median house prices in Palm Beach have shot up 12.1 per cent to $650,000 in the past 12 months. The median price for a unit in the area has increased to $350,000.
