And like his other towering beachfront forays into the Glitter Strip it is within a thong’s throw of one of the city’s landmark surf clubs.

Frank Developments’ 18-storey MYST project will rise from a 1012sq m site at 270 The Esplanade—less than 60m from North Burleigh Surf Life Saving Club.
