Seniors Living Plan Revealed for Former Geelong Van Park
A former caravan park would become a seniors living project under plans by Levande now before the City of Greater Geelong.
The 4.71ha site, at 140-150 and 152-156 Colac Road and 246-248 South Valley Road, in the Greater Geelong suburb of Highton, is 84km south of the Melbourne CBD.
The vacant site was the Lavender Village caravan park.
