For a time, the residential market was booming—approvals, commencements and prices were on the up and the sun shone brightly on the industry.

Those days are gone but not forgotten, but history shows they will return, just as they always do.

And, according to four industry experts, in every crisis there is an opportunity, as they outlined at The Urban Developer’s flagship conference Urbanity on the Gold Coast last week.
