Lendlease, Mitsubishi $500m Edgecliff Tower Moves Ahead

Lendlease and Mitsubishi Estate Asia's 17-storey tower at 1 Darling Point Road Edgecliff

A plan to add to eastern Sydney’s growing skyline with five more storeys than previous approvals is moving ahead.

The proposal by joint-venture partners Lendlease and Mitsubishi Estate Asia is a $500-million mixed-use redevelopment of 1 Darling Point Road at Edgecliff, 4km east of the CBD.

The plan is now on public exhibition, ending February 27.
