Landmark Group wants to all but double the height of its Macquarie Park residential tower under revisions now on exhibition after the Local Environmental Plan was amended.
The plans for the 24-storey Building A tower at 3 Halifax Street, part of the Lachlan’s Line precinct development in the City of Ryde, has undergone a healthy growth spurt and now aims to reach 46 storeys.
The total number of homes under the proposal have grown from 266 to 434 apartments, while two basement parking floors have been added for a total of seven. No major changes have been made to the proposed built form, other than the height increase.
