A vacant aged-care facility at Windsor could soon make way for a 399-apartment build-to-rent tower that would be one of the suburb’s largest purpose-built rental complexes.
Plans filed by Contour Consultants on behalf of James Park Investments propose a 14-storey development at 101 Punt Road that would replace a disused seven-storey brick and aluminium building with resort-style amenities across the 5286sq m corner site.
Jackson Clements Burrows Architects designed the project with an E-shaped building footprint spanning nine to 14 levels, delivering 36,489sq m of gross floor area about 6km south of the Melbourne CBD.
