A major player in the food import and distribution sector has won approval for its debut property development play, a 42-apartment block in Melbourne’s south.
The eight-storey scheme put forward for a site on Raleigh Street, Windsor was greenlit by the City of Port Phillip.
After 21 objections—which Ask Planning Services director Mark Stanojevic told The Urban Developer was “to be expected for a building this size in an area like this”—planners worked through a community consultation process in December.
