How Temple & Webster Helped Create a Landmark

Temple & Webster hero march 2022

The Landmark, a luxury residential apartment building in Sydney’s lower north shore sets a new benchmark for vertical living in Australia.

With 417 apartments and seven ultra-premium penthouses, each Landmark residence provides a side of luxury not often seen in apartment living.

Each home within the new build boasts expansive floor-to-ceiling views, lofty ceilings, private balconies, and generous living areas that maximise natural light and striking views of the surroundings.

The penthouses on offer also provide house-like dimensions and commanding views of Sydney’s skyline, with no detail spared thanks to meticulous architecture and craftsmanship.

What sets this development apart as the trailblazer for vertical villages is the access to numerous services and amenities situated within the premises.

A fitness club, pool, spa, sauna, gymnasium, yoga and pilates room, cinema, library, music rehearsal space, golf room, kids area and sky lounge are all just a lift ride away.

This makes it the perfect choice for those looking for a more convenient living arrangement, or those who desire a community feel in their choice of residence.

The Landmark’s concierge service can also help residents by managing everything from their housekeeping, meal deliveries, gift procurement, holiday and gym class bookings as requested.

To further add to the convenience of living at The Landmark, they are currently offering complimentary furnishings to selected residences so that each apartment is move-in ready for buyers, and for investors to make it more appealing as a ready-to rent property.

Of the furniture packages installed so far, 120 were designed and curated by Temple & Webster's Trade+Commercial division.

Its interior design team created bespoke packages specifically for the Landmark, ensuring that they complemented the style of the overall development but also that they worked well with each apartment's spatial layout.

In addition to this, the team helped furnish three of their display apartments, which allows for the opportunity to walk through and see the apartments styled before opting in to purchase.

Temple & Webster, an online retailer of furniture and homewares, now provides ready-to-order furniture packages through its Trade+Commercial program.

Their furniture packages are the perfect solution for investors or developers who plan to make their new property or development move-in ready as they can be dispatched within three business days.

Clients can also access special bulk-buy rates when purchasing larger quantities of the packages.

As well as furniture packages, the trade division at Temple & Webster is equipped to handle multi-apartment installs and provide a range of project management services.

For example, with this project brief, a high volume of furniture packages needed to be installed quickly as handover was a month away.

To meet this deadline their trade team worked directly with Hutchinson, the builder, to co-ordinate delivery and install teams on site as soon as the build of each residence was complete, assembling the furniture and removing all packaging over the course of a week.

Should your property not be ready for furnishing just yet, they can also offer long lead times thanks to dedicated warehouses that can store orders until the build is complete and works with your build timeline.
