Habitat Plots Gateway Highrise at Maroochydore
Habitat Development Group is continuing to pad out its Sunshine Coast pipeline, filing plans for an 18-storey residential tower at the gateway to the emerging new Maroochydore CBD.
Under the proposal, 180 apartments would sit above ground floor retail as well as food and drink tenancies, and be capped by a rooftop recreational level.
The builder-developer’s latest scheme is earmarked for a 3468sq m corner site at 132-136 Aerodrome Road at the entry point to the Maroochydore Priority Development Area.
