Greaton Files Fresh Plans for Sydney CBD Skyscraper
An amended development proposal for developer Greaton’s $591-million Central on Thomas project in the Sydney CBD is now before the city.
Filed with the City of Sydney are building plans and renders from design competition winner fjcstudio, and an amended DA that adds three levels.
The new proposal for the site at 187-189 Thomas Street reveals a 50-storey mixed-use building (up from 47 storeys) comprising a blend of residential, commercial and hospitality.
