Graya Wins Approval for Byron Beachfront Scheme

High-profile developer Graya is poised to make its NSW debut with two homes that can be moved if coastal erosion threatens to claim them.
The Brisbane-based developer won approval for the two “removable” homes across a four-lot site at 6 Border Street, Byron Bay, by the Byron Shire Council this week.
The 2022sq m site with 40m of frontage on Belongil Beach cost Rob and Andrew Gray about $24 million in late 2024.
