At one end of the Gold Coast development scale, George Mastrocostas’s Aniko Group has secured more than $250 million in apartment sales in its $2.5-billion The Landmark mixed-use project at Mermaid Beach.

Officially launched only last month, contracts are already in hand for about 75 per cent of the 240 units in the first of its three towers.
