Gamuda Plans St Kilda Units to Be Among City’s Greenest

When it comes to sustainable design, Malaysian-owned Gamuda Land really is all in.

The developer’s $90-million Fareham project at St Kilda is targeting net-zero operations and is slated to achieve a minimum 8-Star average NatHERS rating, which would make it one of the greenest in Melbourne.

The BayleyWard-designed project would be powered by an embedded network that provides 100 per cent renewable energy, including rooftop solar panels.
