Not-for-profit organisation Life Without Barriers is set to leave its Fortitude Valley lodgings after signing a new lease on a converted warehouse in Milton.
Located at 34 Douglas Street, the 660sqm open plan office will accommodate Life Without Barriers’ growing Queensland operations.
CBRE Michael Skarparis and Mel Pikos, who negotiated the five-year lease term, said the property’s customised fitout was key to the deal.

“Life Without Barriers was outgrowing its current space in Fortitude Valley and were looking to upgrade whilst remaining at a similar price point,” Mr Skarparis said.
“This property represented an outstanding opportunity for Life Without Barriers to relocate to a standalone converted warehouse, which not only offered a purpose-built fitout, but an abundance of carparking with 21 spaces.”
Life Without Barriers provides care and support services across Australia in urban, rural and remote locations.
