After more than two decades, the ripple effect of the James Street gentrification in and around Brisbane’s Fortitide Valley is by no means losing momentum.

Instead, it is reaching new heights.

A block away from the trendy strip’s restaurants, boutique shops, bars and landmark Calile Hotel, plans have been filed for a 33-storey twin tower mixed-use development.
