Plans for an eight-storey apartment block in Darwin are again before the NT Government.

The block proposed for the 992sq m site at 150 Smith Street at Larrakeyah, 2km north-west of the city centre, would comprise 11 apartments, 10 of two bedrooms and a single five-bedroom, two-storey penthouse.

The plans by SR Developments also include 23 carparking spaces and lockable racks for four bicycles.
