Ceerose Trims Parramatta Road Apartment Scheme to Win Approval

Luxury apartment developer Ceerose’s $68-million mixed-use scheme at Leichhardt has been greenlit after a four-storey height reduction.
The scheme in Sydney’s inner-west was reduced from 16 to 12 storeys for the site at 307-315 Parramatta Road and will now comprise 120 apartments with 4 per cent (eight units) as affordable housing, rather than the initial proposal of 154 units at a minimum 10 per cent as affordable.
The proposed six-storey podium was cut down to two storeys to sit alongside existing frontages.
