Perth’s Jandakot Business Park Greenlit

Capital Prudential plans to build the Jandakot Business Park at 100 Prinsep Road in Perth's Jandakot.

Developer Capital Prudential has won planning permission to proceed with its business park in Perth’s southern suburbs.

The national property firm had proposed a 46-unit warehouse project at 100 Prinsep Road at Jandakot.

Mulder Kampman Design designed the plans for the project, Jandakot Business Park.

Each warehouse will have parking spaces, and amenities including kitchenettes, shower facilities and mezzanine storage.

The site is near southern corridor precincts and transport networks including the Jandakot airport.

Construction is scheduled to begin this year ahead of completion in September, 2025.

The Jandakot Airport is located near the site along with other key southern corridor precincts and transport infrastructure.

Capital Prudential acquisition and development manager Jack Bennett said demand was strong for new, smaller industrial warehouses.

This was underlined by Effective Property Solutions industrial and commercial head Justin Mabarrack, who is marketing for the project, and who said more than a quarter of the estate’s high-truss warehouses were already under offer or being held for investors and owner-occupiers.

“This precinct is also generating significant interest because of coming high-profile developments and the sustained growth forecast for the area,” Mabarrack said.
