Byron Bay developer Brandon Saul is moving ahead on the next stage of his Habitat project, transforming plans from hotel rooms to apartments, after listing the former Splendour in the Grass site north of the town.
While the expressions-of-interest campaign for the 229ha North Byron Parklands site closed at the end of April, it remained on the market, Savills Australia said.
The campaign generated an “overwhelming response” and has now been relaunched with a more definitive sales price of $27.5 million to $32.5 million—and beyond.
